About Margarita
I’m an artist, community builder, and athlete deeply interested in lifestyle design, storytelling, and connecting people with nature. With a degree in International Business from San Diego State University and a minor in Rhetoric and Writing Studies, I bring a global perspective to every project.
My professional background spans market research, content creation, and social media management. I’ve worked with brands like Daybreak Seaweed Co., collaborated with artists whose collective social media following exceeds 150,000, and manage my own Etsy shop, where I sell handmade seaweed earrings and printmaking art.
Community is at the heart of my work. I’ve hosted and organized events, including unforgettable fundraisers like the Garden Pizza Party that raised funds for Slice Out Hunger, all while documenting these efforts with my camera to share the stories of the people involved.
Whether I’m diving deep as a certified scuba diver and freediver, rock climbing, or organizing creative projects, I’m always driven by curiosity and creativity. My work has been featured in Glorious Sport Magazine and Bold Journey Magazine, where I use my platform to inspire others through art, travel, and outdoor adventure.
Currently, I’m focused on pursuing opportunities in PR/content strategy, where I can combine my creative storytelling skills with strategic communications. My goal is to help brands and organizations amplify their voices through authentic connections while continuing to grow my own personal brand and engage a wider audience.
